Community Supported Agriculture. Located near Gunnamatta Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, Transition Farm specializes in growing a large variety of the tastiest, seasonal vegetables and fruit for the local community and provides them through a weekly vegetable box scheme based on a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model. All of the produce is grown here on our farm from seed.
